Richfield Hometown 4th of July

Sarah is the daughter of Peter and Lois Flynn. She has two older siblings, Ryan and Katherine. Sarah€™s friends are also an important part of her life and she considers them to be an extended part of her family.

Sarah recently graduated from Richfield Senior High School where she was involved in National Honor Society, Student Government, and Yearbook. She was also active on the Tennis and Golf teams. She served as Captain of the Tennis Team in her senior year and was a 3-year Captain of the Golf Team.

Next fall, Sarah will follow a Flynn tradition and attend the University of St. Thomas where she will major Biochemistry. When asked about her future she said, €œI€™m not sure what I want to be when I grow up, but whatever it is I want to embrace it with passion.€

Sarah has enjoyed her time as an Ambassador, the opportunity to represent the City of Richfield in a positive way, and her role as an influential role model for other young ladies in the community. She is looking forward to our upcoming celebration and is especially excited for the Street Dance on July 3^rd.

Sarah will represent Richfield and our 4^th of July Celebration in the Minneapolis Aquatennial Queen of the Lakes Scholarship Program this July. Richfield Bloomington Credit Union has graciously sponsored her participation.
